Very strange, I assumed I would be down a bit today, guess I was wrong. My pants feel better though. All week I've been wondering if I should pull my belt in one more notch. I just don't get the lack of weight loss. Oh well, I will have to start working out again soon.
217.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

Google "why the scale lies". It's an article on how our bodies water weight can mask our weight loss. Many things factor in. I had a friend go down a few sizes without the scale moving. You can lose fat and not see the scale move. But the scale eventually catches up.
