Half a pound down. Pretty awesome, considering all the eating and drinking I did last weekend! I did try to make up for it the last three days, and I guess it paid off.

Excited to be firmly in the 150s, finally. :-) Onward to 153!
158.3 lb Lost so far: 29.7 lb.    Still to go: 8.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
