this weekend my workout and eating schedule was thrown off due to family visiting from out of town and also visiting my Aunt in the hospital :-(, but i didn't do too bad!
185.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
