I know being on a diet and losing weight is like a rollercoaster, constantly up and down, up and down because of life events, schedules and the mood for the day. At what point do we say enough is enough? As for me I think I have reached that point. I am going through another divorce, I have finally stopped drinking, eating better and definitely getting a lot more exercise than what I was. As compared to 2 months ago I have reassessed my life and decided to do a complete 180. I am trying to stay 100% positive about everything in my life and stay a happy person. I think it's working because I have been slowly losing weight. I am feeling better and looking better too. I just need to stick with it. As for everybody else out there you can do it too. Don't let anything in life upset you or get you down, try to make better choices if for some reason you can't eat at home. I know it takes a conscious decision and a lot of effort but I know all of you can achieve your goals.

Good luck. You can do it. I have a similar bio to you including the goal weight. I AM making it this year. Time to kick this fat's but!

A positive attitude about life and yourself is so critical. We can't control a lot of what comes our way but we do have control over how we handle and deal with those situations. Nice job on the weight loss and turn-around in your life, hope you continue on the path you're on.
