Better than yesterday! increased veggies, but didn't drink enough water by a long shot. Awake most of the night, couldn't shut the "thinker" off. Upper back still hurts like heck, so I didn't do my full workout. Only the hips/legs- and even that was tough. This pulled muscle in the back makes breathing incredibly painful and difficult...any kind of exertion / breathing is guarded. Bayer B&B is all I can take, and its not doing much.
