I still have chocolate but work it into my day....or work it off at the end of the day....just keep the balance of less cals in and try and get a few more used in your day. I find it hard to go without, when I do I just end up binging, so a little now and then keeps my demons at bay. Good luck with your week ahead XX

Since you're doing calorie counting, why not simply "budget" your chocolate into your food diary? I think moderation, rather than cutting it all out, is key. Unless, of course, you can't only have a little. :)

I have been keeping mostly under my limit with the chocolate in my diet but I find my self craving more and more once I have eaten it so my thought was cut it out for a few weeks (i know ill give in at some point) then the craving would go and I could enjoy chocolate again rather than yes I have one bar but now I need another 1.
