Monday morning weight.. staying the same…, proud of my choices this past weekend. I attended a birthday party yesterday and I declined cake, cookies, and other snacks. I just realized that I did not feel any sense of deprivation, which I think is a positive feeling. In addition, yesterday I determined that I am not drinking enough water. I shopped for about an hour and half without any thing to drink and then I went straight to the track and walked an hour and after 2 miles, it started being a struggle whereas before I was cruising. But I only had about 10 ounces of diet Pepsi that morning and nothing else. So, yesterday I consumed a lot of water, and paid for it through the night, so this afternoon before I go walking I will make sure I am real hydrate. I believe my body is saying what the heck is going on...I have not been this dedicated to diet and exercise in 15 years...I am disappointed that I did not reach my weight loss goal of 2 pounds last week...I truly want to lose more than one pound a week at this pace it will take me until 2013 to reach my goal.. It makes me wonder if the Biggest Loser sets us up for failure because of what they do is unrealistic for the average person...I could walk twice a day, but when I walk twice it really wipes me out and I still have to work during the day and I need some energy to be productive at the job. I have finally though of a reward upon reaching the 200lbs mark, I would like to get a new perfume…Which will reflect the new me. What else can I do to lose the pounds…I exercise and I stay under the 20 carbs…soon I will have to go to phase two…I don’t think my weight loss could be any slower on phase two.

212.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
