Made the Reuben casserole yesterday. Have some leftover for today. That was so good, me thinks it will become breakfast today!
Made another concentrated batch of the Veggistrone soup last night. Ended up with over a gallon. When I dilute it with veggie broth or water, that will extend it even further. That little poof of parmesan cheese that goes in right before serving makes it incredibly delicious and satisfying.
Did the exercises this morning, and am fired up to work today. Love how that energizes me in the morning!
222.5 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
