Went to Great wall. Ate till I felt sooo full! Layed on the couch all day Sunday. No energy till later in the day, after I ate my fruit smoothie.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
