This continuous fluctuation has me pretty frustrated. I don't understand how I can go to bed and wake up 2lbs heavier. I don't believe anyone should be a slave to counting every single calorie and this website has me obsessing over every bite I take.
125.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
