How to get there!
So I'm tracking my daily intake and exercise, but I'm clueless if that is enough. Does fat secret provide how many calories you should be taking in daily, what percent of those calories should be fat/protein/carbs, and how much you should exercise? When I entered my information, it only informed me that I was overweight. I already knew that! That is why I am on this site.

Does Fat Secret counsel you?
