Kathy has been sick for 2 weeks. We are not eating normal meals at all. The weight dropped because of this. I am trying to put in enough water. I am averaging 40 oz a day rather than the 64
202.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
