Hmmm Well I know its not my fat arse related so I am assuming it's water, I should practice what I read, when you jump on the scales you are only weighing your self esteem. I have been eating to many nuts but I have been doing a new thing to curb that bad habit I have a scoop from my protein powder and portion control that way, no more mindless eating from the bag. Day 12 of the sugar detox, no fruit no wheat or starches no dairy it's actually not as grim as I thought it might be. The hardest part was last night when David Bowie died I just wanted to drink wine and listen to youtube and cry but I have training at 12 so it wouldn't do either of us any good. I met him in 1983, my mum was one of those screaming women at the airport I held his hand and showed him how good I can skip and told him my mummy loves you david bowie, I am hoping the metal armada have done a tribute and they will play it today at the box.
256.4 lb Lost so far: 20.9 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
