Not bad for the first week...the things that tempted me the most were snacks at night(chips) and my Friday night wine. I need to make my healthy snacks more appealing somehow.
164.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
