Feeling better and encouraged that I can affect my weight. It's difficult staying away from sweets, bread, pasta, etc. and I'm struggling with tasty recipes so I'm going to have to work on that.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
