feeling confident and working my way to a better me....now need to do some yoga and ill be set ugh
170.5 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yea, i'm trying to motivate to workout too. I had to work early this morning when I usually workout. It's a lot harder for me to motivate in the afternoon.

It is finding the time to exercise as a daily habit instead of a chore for me. that is why i picked walking outdoors it clears my head at lunchtime...
