With my postpardum recovery behind me it is time to take care of some excess weight. It has taken nearly 3 months to get my blood work back to normal. I am disappointed that my weight has gotten so out of control but I have felt strongly that having my babies healthy is a higher priority. I have been putting off the healthier eating because it takes such discipline and can be difficult to maintain when emotionally struggling. and having 3 babies all one year apart spells emotional difficulties. My goals for this next month is 1)reducing gluten foods to one meal per day 2)one sweet treat after dinner 3)do pilates 2 mornings each week.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
