In the 420s weight now

Hang in there. My highest weight was 418, so I know where you are coming from. I used Naturade total soy to lose 100 pounds, but then had to switch to Atkins. Now I am doing KETO, which I highly recommend. I can no longer have a lot of soy because of thyroid problems. They don't tell you soy kills thyroid function in some people. I was bedridden at one time due to surgical complications and learned that any movement will help tone muscle and help you lose weight. And, you're right, you don't need gastric bypass if you can lose 100 pounds on your own, and YOU CAN! Good Luck with your weight loss adventure!
