Did great through much of the holidays, but didn't exercise much. Still managed to stay between 194 and 196, but New Year's and after had several crazy evenings with friends that I wouldn't trade for the world. Consequently, I'm up to 198. I'm not sad, or frustrated though. I know what needs to be done, and I know I can do it. We're into the new year and I'm back!
