On Dec 24 I rode my exercise bike for 1 hr and did 5 min. Of weight training. It's a start. At end of challenge I will be doing alot more
228.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
