Just started the FatSecret journal...
Feeling hungry already! I'm at 95kg's - want to get to 85kg.
Goals - start walking/riding at least 1/2 an hour in the morning. At night look to do at least 1/2 an hour walk/ride and or step/bike work out in the gym.

Concentrate more on Nutrition,, don't worry about all the working out until you have nutrition in control,, its 80% working out is 20% . Educate yourself on whatever way of eating you decide on,, get recipes,, do your shopping get processed foods out of your house .. set yourself up for success and not to fail.
