I really want to just do the HCG diet. It has been about 3 weeks of counting calories and restricting myself and all I've seen is a weight roller coaster. I think it is a problem with my metabolism. I just had a physical and it is fine (no thyroid problems...). I need something to jump start my metabolism again. My weight keeps climbing and I have gotten past the 5lb weight gain that is easy to get rid of. I am almost 12 pounds ahead of what I was when I last ended the diet. That is too far to come back for me. I am just going up.
126.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
