OK day. Finished the lights in the tree, got Christmas presents for my children, returned potatoes at Walmart (they were BAD) and went walking with my wife this evening. I'm finally starting to see weight loss.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
