Carbs cut down as much as possible. cut cut...
Yes to fish, veg, olive oil, eggs. fill up mainly with veg and top up with protain
203.9 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Calorie Counting!   losing 1.3 lb a week
