Had a not so great week. Didn't eat very well the last couple days, and didn't work out as much as I'm would have liked to; however, I am down 1.2lbs so I'm quite happy with that
270.8 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 50.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
