Hi, I'm 17 and have been overweight my entire life. I'm starting my loss at 284.2 lbs and my starting goal is to get down to 220lbs through healthy eating and exercise. once school is back in I will be hitting the gym 5 days a week, sometimes twice a day. So with my diet and family and friends support I will get down the 60 lbs I need to.
