Tea is the key. I drink tones of tea and it curbs my hunger in between meals. I am so used to eating eggs and salad everyday I don't feel any craving to eat anything else.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 7.0 lb a week
