I decided on the third of December I wanted to start back up the South beach diet phase one and lose all the weight I have gained since my husband came home in August. I have stuck to the diet and not cheated once. It has been pretty easy actually. I got to the 4th day and stopped craving junk food. I drink tea like crazy.
