I will get back on track. I did not notice a change in the way my clothes fit. But when I got on the scale the moment of truth was upon me. Why is it soo easy for me to fall off track?

I am, I notice I tend to do better when I set goals. Soo now not only am I working on getting to me goal weight of 175, I also have mini goals like fitting into a pair of jeans to help me stay focus. Thank you for your support:)
