Well a record low for the year for just before the Big day starts, I am going to focus on lots of meat, lots of cheese, pass on the stuffing, potatoes and starches, Now I have to drink Beer so It will bring my own Bud 55's, I should be okay.

The stuffing is best part of Thanksgiving! I hate meat, lol! Back on plan tomorrow. You have a great plan though.
