Not bad considering a night at the Hooters Watching Hockey, 16 naked Chicken wings and 4 double jack and diet cokes and 2 REAL beers to wash down the wings!! at least i showed the strength to avoid everything else at the table, Why does my head hurt though LOL!
238.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
