Went for a slow walk today. Feel like a newborn kitten but it was nice to get some fresh air. I seem to be maintaining at least despite water retention so hopefully I will be able to work on losing some more when I get better.

Nichol, if you have netflicks you might find this documentary interesting. Forks Over Knives. I know you are basically a vegetarian though you are trying to eat animal proteins due to the low carb plan.

Ha! We own that on video. My kids have gotten all those documentaries. In a way its really nice to see the younger generations sitting up and paying attention to the dangers of lifestyle before its too late. I ve always tried to live by example but they didn't really believe it til they saw it on film lol.
