Tory-Shinra's Journal, 15 November 2015

This week was awful ... Couldn't resist and ate an entire bag of my favorite candy, got myself hurt on monday so I wasn't able to do anything for the rest of the week because of the fact that even breathing was painful... and during that time, I ate a lot of things that I shouldn't had ... I'm really not proud of my performance this week, but thanks to the November 1st's week I have that result today ... I'm afraid to see the next result, but since I'm feeling better, I'll try to do my best and do a lot of effort to succeed.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Faut pas lâcher, n'abandonne pas. Parfois il y a de moins bonnes semaines. Il faut se pardonner mais surtout ne jamais jamais abandonner. Bravo !

I had an awful week too...I see you made it below the 200 mark! Nice work, when you look at that graph of the weight history it looks good...Keep up the good progress...
