I forgot it get's easier, be mindful get rewarded. Don't over eat sleep better, I have a measure and photos today, it might be a waste of time I have been pretty slack the last 6 weeks but I committed to doing it and it would be easy to bail but I ate it I own it. Just got to keep going with the mantra "winning with small victories"
