dorpped 200 grams so far not good enough but a momenet of weakness at work meeting triied to stick to protein rich foods but the desert was to good that why nothing was looged for thurday luch i dont know how many calories i consummed hoppefully will work it out saturday morning when cycling by the big red barn.
195.6 lb Lost so far: 47.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
