lowered my calories a bit today since it is my rest day and aimed for a 500 calorie defecit which should yeild me results,by next week wednesday i am expecting a 1.5k loss from my current 88.9 kg which would mean i should be around 87.4kg next week wednesday the 18th November 2015. taking my weight measurement everyday so i can work and fix my calories if no progress. as a note i am taking usn mens ultra multivitamin.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 47.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
