Up and down a bit but better. The hardest part of chronic illnesses is to not let it become your 'routine' or to say "screw it I can't do anything about it why bother?" The biggest danger is that excuse rabbit hole. Even though it may be a valid excuse, its still just an excuse for not working your plan. No matter your disability there are still things you can do to be healthier and minimize your illness if you choose not to let the illness own you. Some days are so hard though. Thanks for the support FS buddies. It helps.

So totally agree with not letting an illness hold you back or to become complacent. Been there, done that. You're thriving and that's exciting.
