Frustrated again. I haven't been consistently recording everything, but I have been pretty good. I've continued to exercise, and yet the scale is all over the place. I've been 203.5-208 in the last week with no apparent rhythm or reason. I don't get my body! I'll keep going, but I'm annoyed.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
