Even with no working out due to a broken nose, and Halloween, I managed to maintain. I totally ate more than I should have over the weekend, but I was also allergic to the pain medication they gave me, so probably lost some weight, then gained it all back over the weekend. :) Either way, I'm happy to have maintained.

Went to the gym for the first time in 2 weeks today (I usually go 4-5 days a week, so I was happy to go back). Kept it easy, as I'm not completely healed, but it was great to at least do something! I have been walking in the evenings, but hadn't done any sort of weights. I worked out with my trainer, who I completely trust, and he kept an eagle eye on me to make sure I didn't start scrunching my face, or look down, or anything else that might not have been good for me now. It was nice to be back!
116.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

welcome back... take it easy if you have to though. But i def know I would miss the gym if I couldnt go for 2 weeks..

Yeah, I am being good and taking it easy starting out. Not starting swimming up again yet, either. Anything is better than nothing, though! I just have to keep reminding myself of that.
