Well, I didn't loose any weight but I lost some inches!!!!
240lbs
Bust: 46" was 48"
Waist: 39" was 40"
Belly: 46 1/2" was 47 1/2"
Hips: 50" was 50 1/2"
My friend Andrea said it takes a while for the body to realize what's going on and to stop storing fat....I hope that is the case.

I was a little depressed because I ate way over my calories on Saturday and figgured I gained weight...but looking at the inches, I'm psyched!

This will definatly take a while though....
240.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 100.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Congratulations on the inches loss - that's the most important aspect, after all! Keep going with the Slim Fast plan - I've been doing it for 10 weeks now and have lost 1.5 stones - it's definitely worth it now the comments are starting to come in thick and fast!! Good luck for the week ahead, and don't let one bad day get you down. :)
