I THANK TO MY GOD AND MY FRIENDS WHO HELP ME TO ACHIEVE THE TARGET(MORE THAN MY EXPECT). THIS HAPPENED ONLY WHEN I DECREASE MY CARB. THIS WEEK NO NUTS SPECIALLY.
225.5 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 49.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
