I was shocked by yesterday's number and didn't trust it. Four pounds was just too much for one day. I reweighed and it didn't change so I recorded it, but this morning makes more sense. I don't see this as a gain, and I certainly didn't binge. This is just a correction.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
