WOOHOO!!! Just hit my Vegas weight goal!!! more than two weeks early.

Of course, most of the weight I just lost has to do mostly with losing a lot of water weight from eating a low sodium diet this week. I was very puffy! :-)
174.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
