I saw great results and I stuck in there pretty well. My only cheats were the occasional spoon of peanut butter and maybe a crouton or two on my salad. I know that's not good, but as I have said before ... it's better than getting a cheeseburger happy meal!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
