I am starting over. I fell off during the middle of phase 2, but now I'm back to the beginning.
Doing okay so far. The planning of meals is always the hardest, but I am motivated. I only gained 5 pounds back, so if I do it again and lose 10 like before, I will actually be at my original goal weight! WHOO HOO!

Today is my LAST day of the detox! WHOOO HOOO! I am so excited about getting some salmon tomorrow! Let's just pray that make it through today! Good luck all!

I saw great results and I stuck in there pretty well. My only cheats were the occasional spoon of peanut butter and maybe a crouton or two on my salad. I know that's not good, but as I have said before ... it's better than getting a cheeseburger happy meal!
