Today is my LAST day of the detox! WHOOO HOOO! I am so excited about getting some salmon tomorrow! Let's just pray that make it through today! Good luck all!

Can you believe that you are halfway to your goal weight in a little more than a week? That is so very awesome. You should be proud of the dedication that you had this last week.
