Oh happy day! Need to increase my water and have been trying.

Have a GREAT day FS!
176.1 lb Lost so far: 3.9 lb.    Still to go: 34.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's good that you're starting to drink more water before the challenge even starts. You'll be more used to it. I didn't drink very much water, and I am feeling it today. I'm gonna go have some right now :) Good Luck, we start tomorrow

Yes, I will definitely drink 64 oz but will try to go to 88 oz. Good luck to you too!!
