I tried to follow my 1000 calorie diet but since I can't eat meat and that's all my husband wants it's hard. Fresh veggies are to expensive. A bell pepper is 1.00
243.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
