So, today my assistant and I worked out some new targets for me to reach my goal weight. The target date is 11 December 2015. This means that I have to give it my all, discipline, increase exercise and more accountability. I have such renewed strength and hope I don't want to mess anything up this time. No binging, No cheating, None of anything that will possibly set me back.
