No phent last two days yesterday harder had spaghetti. Carbs really make you crave more. Resting knees not much walking done. Going without today high protein day. Turkey jerky.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
